Return, Exchange, Order Cancellation
We do not offer returns or exchanges once your order is placed. All sales are final.
Damaged Package or Incorrect item
If you have received a damaged package or incorrect item, we apologize. Please send us an email at thefemi.999@gmail.com within 4 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and picture of the damaged package or incorrect item. Failure to do so within 4 hours of receiving your items will result in an inability to replace the item.
Shipping Time and Policies
Once order is placed, please allow 3 days for processing and 3-5 days for shipping. Shipping fees for U.S. orders are $7-$15.
You will receive an email once your order has left our location that will contain your USPS tracking number. Please be patient and give USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you are unavailable for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be held at your local USPS office until you request a re-delivery or pick up request.
